A day of releasing, remembering, & renewal

10 am, March 28, 2026

There are seasons in life when growth doesn’t come from pushing harder — but from making space for what comes next.

This day is about:

  • accepting where you are

  • consciously creating what comes next

  • renewing your relationship with yourself.

A one-day experience designed to support real, sustainable change. Through reflection, ritual, embodied practices, sound, and creative exploration, we’ll create space for what’s ready to be released and reconnect with what wants to grow.

Bloom: Nourish the Seeds of Your Heart

Each stage of the day builds on the last, allowing insight to move from understanding…
into the body…
and into lived experience.

Release — Releasing the Rescuer

We begin by bringing awareness to the patterns that quietly drain us—
people pleasing, playing small, martyrdom, seeking approval, and the habit of rescuing others at the expense of ourselves.

In this session, we’ll explore why these roles formed, how they once protected us, and what it costs to keep playing them. From this place of understanding and compassion, we begin the process of releasing identification with what is no longer aligned.

This is not about blame or fixing—it’s about choice.

Letting go of roles that no longer serve

Regulate — Creating Safety for Change

Even when we want change, the nervous system often prefers what is familiar over what is new. To the body, “safe” can feel better than “better.”

In this experiential session, we’ll explore practical, real-life ways to regulate the nervous system and why regulation is essential if we want new choices to take root. When the body feels safe, release becomes possible—and sustainable.

This creates the foundation for deeper work.

Why the body matters

Reclaim — Reclaiming the Soil

We can’t claim the life we want without making space for it.

Just like we wouldn’t plant new seeds in a garden that’s still cluttered with rocks, broken twigs, soggy leaves, and the random remnants of seasons past—our inner landscape also needs clearing before something new can take root.

In this ritual, we’ll take time to name what’s been lingering:
old stories, patterns, roles, and cycles that no longer belong to who we’re becoming.

Through reflective writing and a safe burning ritual, we’ll consciously let go of what has been taking up space—so our energy, attention, and capacity can return to us.

This isn’t about forcing change.
It’s about reclaiming room for what’s next.

Following the release ritual, we’ll move into a sound bath designed to support emotional integration and nervous system settling. This is a time to rest, receive, and allow what has shifted to land gently.

Making space for new growth

Reimagine — Choosing the Seeds You’ll Nourish

Letting the heart lead

While insight begins in the mind, lasting change takes root in the heart.

In this creative session, we’ll move beyond thinking and invite the subconscious into the process. Together, we’ll create a Seed of Life Mandala—a soulful alternative to a vision board. This take-home piece becomes an anchor for your sacred space, desk, or altar, reminding you daily of the seeds you are choosing to nourish.

Root — Anchoring the Work

We’ll close the day with a heart-centered cacao ceremony, creating space to integrate the experiences of the day. Through ritual and shared presence, we’ll anchor what has been released, reclaimed, and reimagined—and explore gentle ways to keep this work alive in daily life.
